Your choice of corn or flour tortillas Shrimp, scallops, salmon, mussels, octopus, and crab legs in salsa a la diabla with mushrooms in a scorching rock lava bowl. Served with a side of agave beans and rice.  

DOS AMIGOS 

Your choice of corn or flour tortillas New York Steak and Camarones al mojo de ajo, fried onions and toreado, served with a side of melted garlic butter

TACOS AL CARBON 

Three tacos lightly fried on the griddle filled with charbroiled steak or chicken, pico de gallo and topped with queso cotija. Served with guacamole.

CHILAQUILES 

Fried tortilla piece tossed in red charra sauce topped with sour cream, queso cotija, onions and oregano. Your choice of charbroiled chicken or steak. Agave beans and rice on the side.  

PICADILLO 

Your choice of corn or flour tortillas. Tender Picadillo garnished with cilantro and onion. Agave beans and rice on the side. 

LOS TRES JIMADORES 

Your choice of corn or flour tortillas. Charbroiled skirt steak, chicken, and three bacon wrapped prawns. Queso fresco, fried jalapeño whole, beans and rice. 

POLLO FUNDIDO 

Two charbroiled chicken breasts topped with chorizo and melted cheese.  

MOJARRA DORADA 

Whole fried tilapia fish served with rice and house salad.
